Welcome to my home page!! And welcome to my life, if you happened to stumble across this page without knowing me. If you happen to be one of the few that stumble my name is Yezid Acosta {first name is pronounced Jessie - yeah! yeah! I know it looks like it’s spelled weird.} But in fact it’s not, it’s an Arabic name that can be traced back ancient times in Arab history. Ok! Enough about the name I’m neither Arab no of Arab dissent, my mom just thought it was a cool name and hence I got it.

I was born in Bogotá, Colombia but immigrated to the United States where I was raised and I’ve lived for most of my life in New York City. I graduated Berkeley College and Johnson & Wales University with a couple of business degrees. But, life gave me another passion and I’m presently working in the IT field.
